Mr. J. Harrison Henderson, III is a graduate of The Citadel, and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University, became licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana in September, 1971.

In 1980 Mr. Henderson’s lifelong interest in sports took a professional turn when he joined Steve Arnold who was the co-founder of PRO SPORTS, INC., which is the oldest full-service sports representation agency in the business today. He became President of PRO SPORTS, INC. in 1987. A certified agent by the NFLPA, he presently represents professional football players in the National Football League (NFL), National Football League of Europe (NFLE), Canadian Football League (CFL), as well as various other football leagues.

Mr. Dominick A. Pilli, Esquire, attorney, and the President of Sports Management Group Worldwide, Inc., negotiates contracts and services the marketing and promotional needs for many active and retired professional athletes including several members of the National Football League and Major League Baseball.

Mr. Pilli is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, as well as the ABA-Entertainment and Sports Law Forum Committee. Since obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University,

Mr. Pilli is a certified Contract Advisor with the Major League Baseball Players Association and he has been certified as a Contract Advisor by the National Football League Players Association.
